GREEN NOTES AND GENTLE CITRUS
Silver – or white tequila – is the clear, transparent alcohol easily found in most bars. It is characterized by its completely clear look, similar to vodka. This variety of tequila is bottled directly after being distilled, meaning that it is rarely aged or aged for a very short time. Typically, it is distilled in stainless containers.
On the nose, it is strong and heavy – give it some time to air out. You feel agave notes followed by lime, coal and a little bit caramel. The flavour profile is crumbly and clean and it gives a soft sensation. On the palate, it is green notes and softwood with a gentle citrus in the end.
