BOTH SWEET AND DRY
The taste is powerful and smooth with strong notes of almond and marzipan. The 43% alc. gives Summum Cognac Cask Finish an extra classy sharpness compared to Summum Reserva Especial at 38% alc. The taste is a very good mix of the sweetness from the rum and the dryness from the cognac. On the nose, a distinct almond, marzipan and also some fruit.
Summum Ron Dominicano is a series of rum from the Dominican Republic. Summum rum is characterized by the traditional smooth and round notes from the Spanish Solera. Rum Summum is established by the great rum master Juan Alberto Alvarez.
