Distilled in the copper pot stills at the famous Foursquare distillery in Barbados, this rum rests for 12 years on American bourbon barrels under the Caribbean sun. The coral filtered spring water and a voyage of 5 months in Madeira barrels, leave a remarkable smooth and fine taste to this typical Bajan rum. Fine wood tones enter the nose and surprise when emerging to a dry but full-bodied taste of this single cask aged rum. The long aftertaste reveals a pure Caribbean sensation, the Madeira barrel is recognizable in the light sweetness on the tongue.
