La Maison du Rhum - An invitation to 'planet rum'

La Maison du Rhum is composed of extremely rare spirits, selected to meet the highest requirements in terms of quality: distillery selection, still type and ageing methods. Every bottle denotes a specific vintage or age and aims to respect the same values that make up the various parameters of the world of rum. La Maison du Rhum’s ambition is to value every origin and style, each tradition and know-how.

St. Lucia Distillers was born in 1972 from fusion of two distilleries on te island. Its international recogniion is due in large part to Laurie Barnard, director of the distillery for four decades. With its four stills, three pot stills and one column, in addition to their savoir-faire of aging and blending St. Lucia produces a fine collection of traditional rums. St. Lucia 2013 was distilled in a traditional column style and subsequently stored in 1st fill American white oak barrels. The rum is limited to 4,114 bottles.
