Infinity Rum

Pullimut [puli’mud] is an infinity blend with surprising characteristics. As a rum importer and indie bottler, you end up with a lot of rum, sometimes more than you can handle. Which is why we use a 600 litre sherry butt barrel for being experimental and create our very own infinite blend. Only half of the barrel content is bottled, the rest remains in the cask and gets continuously blended with new rum, making it a never-ending story.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Dark and dense aroma with molasses, brown sugar and caramelized sugar. Notes of liquorice, lightly burnt toffee and dark chocolate, rounded off by warm spices such as cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, with a hint of dry oak and sherry.
Palate: Full-bodied and intense mouthfeel with a pronounced molasses sweetness and more power than previous editions. The palate moves through dark syrup and toffee with touches of burnt sugar, spices and dried fruit. A light bitter cocoa note and dry oak provide structure, leading to a long, warm and spicy finish with dark chocolate and a dry, aromatic oak character.
