At the family farm (Kimerud farm 1785) distillery, in lier valley norway, master distiller Ståle Håvaldsen Johnsen carefully selects and adds the botanicals, most of which are handpicked at the herbal garden of Kimerud farm. An aroma of the sea can be noted in the gin from the herbs picked on the cliffs of the a ctic`s norwegian sea. Only pure mountain water are added to the spirits after distillation.
